Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh was spotted yesterday hanging out with the skin bleaching expert Pela Okiemute and that wasn't the first time because they seem to be buddies since he also joined her to visit the old during her Mr X birthday. I guess there's no need to still be wondering if Tonto Dikeh is bleaching because as the saying goes  "birds of the same feather flock together". Na yellow sisi dey shine for bus stop.lol
